Grennessminde – strengthened business focus and rebranding

We at contributed to strengthening the business focus of Taastrup-based Grennessminde, one of Denmark's largest socioeconomic enterprises. Furthermore, we delivered corporate rebranding and helped integrate selected UN Global Goals into their strategies and practices. A redesigned and more target-oriented website as well as new communication elements for sales and fundraising activities were just some of the features of the new brand that we developed.

Our primary responsibilities included: management, analysis, development and execution of strategies in business and organisational development, communications, design and visual storytelling about the selected UN Global Goals. All activities took place in close cooperation with the customer.

Grennessminde is located in Taastrup and is one of Denmark's largest socioeconomic enterprises. Their aim is to secure inclusion of marginalised groups in the labour market. Grennessminde also works actively to achieve their selected UN Global Goals. Private consumers and companies such as Noma buy goods - for example organic vegetables - from Grennessminde's own socioeconomic enterprises.


  • Strengthened business focus and integration of the UN Global Goals into strategies, practices and visual branding.

  • The website - redesigned and more target group oriented.
  • Fact sheets and profile brochures for sales and fundraising activities.
  • Communication strategy and input to annual planning cycle including SoMe, events, etc.’s responsibilities and services

  • Stakholder management throughout the entire process together with Director Hanne Danielsen and Centre Manager Dorte Bukdahl as well as other external suppliers such as graphic designers, digital consultant and printing company. From ideas and concept development to finished items.

  • Comprehensive strategy development and execution: Having the primary responsibility for the development and execution of strategies and value-adding initiatives in business development, communications, events, networking, and UN Global Goals and ensuring that the efforts point to Grennessminde's business strategic objectives. Focus on developing simple, immediate and actionable strategies.

  • Advice on value creation through business development, communications, fundraising, events, networks and the UN Global Goals.
  • Process-oriented concept development and visual storytelling – having the primary responsibility in collaboration with the graphic designer: Web design development – Sparring, planning and development of prototype with target group-oriented website structure: UX and UI for a complete site including design blocks. Focus on the organisation's business strategic objectives in relation to navigation, interaction, scenarios and user comfort. Graphic design development of fact sheets and profile brochures.

  • Responsibilities in Communication and PR: Communication strategy with input to annual planning cycle with SoMe, events, etc. Text writing and quality assurance of texts for website, fact sheets and profile brochures.
  • Photos and visual storytelling: Briefing by photographer. Building a new photo archive together with graphic artists and photographer.
