We delivered a comprehensive catalogue detailing Badminton Denmark Academy's development potential as well as proposals for how to ensure a sustainable economy. The individual chapters of the catalogue deal with a nationwide digital knowledge portal as well as courses, events, sponsorship initiatives, Sport & Business activities, research projects and more. All initiatives support Badminton Denmark's business strategic objectives and are bound to lead Badminton Denmark into a new age.

Our responsibilities included: management, development and execution of strategies within idea and concept development, business and organisational development, communications, branding, knowledge sharing, fundraising, events, sponsorship initiatives and networks. All activities took place in close cooperation with the customer.

Badminton Denmark is a special federation under Sports Confederation of Denmark (Danmarks Idrætsforbund), and Badminton Denmark is the only sports federation in Denmark embracing all-round players as well as Danes in the absolute world elite of badminton. Contributing to realising Badminton Denmark's potential in the form of:

• A comprehensive catalogue detailing the Badminton Denmark Academy's development potential as well as proposals for how to ensure a sustainable economy. The individual chapters of the catalogue chapters deal with a nationwide digital knowledge portal with best practice tools for Badminton Denmark's voluntarily run membership clubs as well as courses, events, sponsorship initiatives, Sport & Business activities, school collaborations, research projects and more. All initiatives - including a new state-of-the-art National Elite Training Centre - support Badminton Denmark's business strategic objectives and will lead Badminton Denmark into a new age.
• Fundraising: Fund applications for the first part of the project – a digital knowledge portal. Work with raising funds to the first part of the academy is underway.

• Management, development and execution of strategies in collaboration with Director Bo Jensen in relation to:
